Blisters

Half an hour on the treadmill and the new shoes have given me a massive blister on my right heel...
Bloody things. Still, the pool soothed me. Bet is suffering from laryngitis I think, she woke up this morning with no voice and nasty cough as well. Still off to do stuff though! (and get some anti-biotics) am I next to go down with the lurgy?
