While waiting to be stuck with yet another the needle, I was irritated once again by how cluttered public waiting rooms always are with notices pinned to the walls that no one actually reads. This is actually a pretty clean wall, but in some hospitals/libraries/offices they are stuck everywhere, usually with blu-tak or cello tape. It's a curse and a sop to the bureaucracy and PC brigade because if anyone fails to understand the regulations etc. it's OUR fault not theirs. They've done their duty. So take note!
