This is Rita, Jeff's mum, a sharp and quick witted 88 year old lady who rarely does as she's told much to Jeff's annoyance. Like mother like son, eh Jeff? Unable to move without a great deal of pain, she nevertheless gets about and does her own thing as much as she can. I really annoyed her taking this picture but she still managed a laugh.(That's her pet tiger behind her ...)
