Runnymede



This morning, Runnymede Meadow was awash with buttercups and gorse heather. The air was warm, the sunshine brilliant and the Thames tranquil. Walking through this field and thinking of its history was beautifully inspiring. Almost 800 years ago in 1215, the 
Magna Carta was signed hereabouts on this very meadow.
