Most days I enjoy a quiet lunch break by having a coffee or tea and sometimes a sandwich at a small cafe. Located within a former RAF Spitfire base, it's unpretentious and good value. Plus I get to watch the occasional aircraft trundle past. Eating and drinking alone can sometimes feel awkward as nearly everyone has a companion, so having some outside activity to watch is a real bonus.
