A New Life


My niece finaly gave birth yesterday after a number of miscarriages to her first baby, in a natural birth, after 36 hours labour and a visit to the operating theatre, to Henry. Weighing 2.4 kilos and three weeks early, at one day old he already has a firm grip on life.

    Macro lens? Setting? (You can tell I relate more to camera than to the admittedly beautiful, tiny newborn. That's just the way things turned out, I guess.)

    Nikon D90 and 50mm prime shot wide open at f1.4 (The 50mm on the D90 aps sensor makes it a 75mm I guess).
