Diamond Jubilee

About three thousand servicemen from the Army, Navy and Air Force paraded through Windsor in only the second Diamond Jubilee celebration since the time of Queen Victoria. A grand day out, but hardly saw a thing because of the crowds, just a few hats marching past. The fly past was fun! And I had fun photographing exited kids having fun, and most of them got to see the parade from atop their parents shoulders, so that's good.
Shot using the Nikon D90 and 18-200mm zoom.

  1. Some great shots here, Peter. Fascinating to see people who live across the pond, too.

That's It Folks!

The gate is now shut. With no one around, it's time to turn off the lights and leave. It's been fun and maybe one day someone will...
