The roof of this very unusual hotel looks very much like a ship's deck as intended. And I could swear I felt it moving ... There was even a jazz band and an expensive roof-top open bar with expensive looking people sipping expensive cocktails. The infinity swimming pool was out of bounds sadly, but I could just make out more groups of expensive people sipping expensive pool-side drinks. I on the other hand, along with those families and couples on romantic dates and much tighter budgets, gawped and vied with each other to both stand and look down over Singapore as well as gaze up at the rich at play.
