The Cook

I'm always curious to see behind the scenes of where I'm eating, especially if the restaurant is in a dark alley off the beaten track. So I sneaked through an open door in this restaurant to find this chap at work on a mega-wok. Not your usual kitchen uniform or scene! Taken within China Town in Melaka.
