Hosta Plant

This Hosta plant is growing really well in the back garden, no slugs have yet attacked its leaves for once. I've tried to bring out the detail in the leaves and the shading of the light. This was taken at 9pm to get a soft light down into the depths of the plant. Plant photography is tough and I'm not getting the results I want or envisage.

  1. I love hostas. They are one of my favorite plants. I know you say you weren't getting the shot you want, but I think you captured the spirit and essence of hostas in general, so good job anyway!

I found you over at the CoN site. Good job on your entry and congrats. :)

That's It Folks!

The gate is now shut. With no one around, it's time to turn off the lights and leave. It's been fun and maybe one day someone will...
