Last Train to London

It was supposed to be a rainy night with all those lovely reflections on wet roads and cobbles to photographically explore, but no. Instead it was dry with no clouds, no atmosphere and all as visually dull as ditchwater. Actually, that's being unfair to ditchwater.

This deserted station was the only picture taken all night. Or should I say morning. Got back into bed at 6.30am. Still, for all that it was interesting to meander around the capital without traffic and we've kind of identified places we won't bother to re-visit and some we will. So all was not lost.  Taken on the Leica M9 with 35mm, f.11 at 4 seconds.

  1. Super framing using the station overhangs! These early visits work beautifully, Peter!

  2. A clean station is unusual too!

That's It Folks!

The gate is now shut. With no one around, it's time to turn off the lights and leave. It's been fun and maybe one day someone will...
